DONUT COUNTY
Nintendo Switch | 1 player
You play as BK, a raccoon who is slowly sucking up his entire town using holes in the ground. The game itself is incredibly simple and just as satisfying, making it one of the best options on this list for true video game beginners.
It is also a great opportunity for some shared reading time, as the story is just as important as the gameplay.
