Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website at videogameclub.com or enrolling your child in the Game Club program. By accessing our website or enrolling in our program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Game Club is operated by Video Game Club, Inc., a C-Corporation registered in New Jersey. We offer a membership-based after-school enrichment program for children in Grades 2–5 (ages 7–11), focused on social-emotional learning through cooperative video game play.
2. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow families to learn about and enroll in the Game Club program. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems.
3. Membership and Enrollment
Enrollment in Game Club is subject to availability and requires completion of our Parent Agreement & Liability Waiver. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Membership fees are $200/month (or the Founding Member rate of $185/month where applicable). Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except in cases of documented medical emergency, as outlined in our Parent Agreement.
4. Program Conduct
All children participating in Game Club are expected to uphold our Core Values: Have Fun, Be Kind; Play Together; Be a Good Teammate; Include Everyone; Learn & Lead; and Celebrate Community. Video Game Club, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with these values. We will communicate with parents before any suspension decision.
5. Supervision and Drop-Off
Game Club is a structured enrichment program, not a childcare or child supervision service. Parents are solely responsible for timely drop-off and pickup at scheduled session times. Late pickup may result in loss of enrollment. Staff will only release children to authorized individuals listed on the enrollment form.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Game Club, Inc., its founder, staff, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from program participation shall not exceed the monthly membership fee paid in the month the claim arose. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and program materials — is the property of Video Game Club, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or enrollment in the program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
