3. Photos and Media
We may photograph or video sessions for use in social media, marketing materials, or internal records. Your photo/media consent preferences are collected at enrollment and respected. If you have selected internal-only or no consent, your child will not appear in any public-facing Game Club media. You may update your preference at any time by contacting us.
4. Children's Privacy
Game Club serves children ages 7–11. We collect children's information solely for the purpose of safely administering the program. We do not collect personal information from children directly via our website. All enrollment information is provided by parents or guardians. We comply with applicable laws regarding children's privacy, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.
5. Data Security
