A quick note on attendance. This is a 6-week pilot, and consistent attendance genuinely matters — both for your child's experience and for the data we're collecting. If you have travel or vacations planned that would mean missing 2 or more weeks, this session may not be the right fit. We'd love to hold your spot for the next one instead.

Agreements

I have read and agree to the Video Game Club Parent Agreement & Liability Waiver. I understand this is a structured enrichment program, not childcare, taking place at a private residence in Montclair, NJ.

I release Video Game Club, Inc. and its staff from liability for minor injuries during normal program activities, except in cases of gross negligence. I authorize staff to administer basic first aid and contact emergency services if needed.

I understand the $125 session fee is non-refundable except in the case of a documented medical emergency. Video Game Club, Inc. may cancel sessions with adequate notice and will provide a credit or refund in that case.
